Our Story

H&S Real Estate is a subsidiary of Haqsons Group of companies with its head office in Dubai, UAE. H&S is a global investment company housing over 400 multi-lingual employees in five different countries, United Arab Emirates – Dubai and Ajman, Pakistan – Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, USA – Houston, Japan-Tokyo, Russia and Fukuoka and in Angola- Luanda, and Lubango.
In the early 2000s, the group ventured into real estate property investments in Dubai UAE, under the leadership of Emad Haq (Group – Vice Chairman), Saad Haq (Group – CEO), and Fahad Haq (CEO – H&S Real Estate), the founding family members of Haqsons Group.

H&S Real Estate took its inception in 2014 to build an independent brokerage company mainly to manage the group’s portfolio. H&S has been honored with multiple prestigious awards by the most prestigious developers in the Middle East as the number one brokerage service company in just one year.
In Pakistan, H&S expanded its business footprint in 2020 offering the most profitable and prominent off-plan properties investment opportunities, especially in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad.
